Information We Collect
We collect a limited set of information needed to run and improve the site.
- Usage data such as page views and basic device or browser information when analytics is enabled.
- Messages you send to us directly by email, including your name, email address, and any information you choose to include.
- Technical logs generated by our hosting or infrastructure providers for security, uptime, and troubleshooting.
How We Use Information
- To operate the website and keep pages available, secure, and working correctly.
- To understand which pages are useful and improve the product, copy, and data presentation.
- To respond to support requests, correction requests, or partnership inquiries.
Analytics
MyJobRisk may use Google Analytics 4 in production to measure page views and general engagement. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is used, not to build personal profiles about visitors.
Payments and Report Unlocks
MyJobRisk may offer paid access to expanded profession reports. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on the site.
To deliver report access, we may process limited transaction-related data such as the selected profession, payment status, and technical identifiers needed to unlock access after purchase. After a successful purchase, the site may store a local browser flag to remember that the report has been unlocked on that device.
If analytics is enabled, we may also record a purchase-success event to measure product usage and conversion performance.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share limited data with service providers that help us host the site, measure traffic, or process communications, but only to the extent needed for those services.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for operations, analytics, security, or responding to requests. Email correspondence may be retained for follow-up, recordkeeping, and support.
